What sweetener do you use for your sugar-free chocolates?
The sweetener used is Maltitol, a corn-based sugar replacement, which is widely accepted as one of the best sugar substitutes for gourmet chocolates. As with any sugar-free product, diabetics should consult their physician before consuming.
